worst , the lift is not working. rooms are at third floor so do not stay at this hotel. They did not know the details af customer. staff is also bad

Terrible Stay
We had selected A.C. room with city view, but they gave us different a.c room. Rooms and washroom was not clean. A.C. was not working in our room , we had encountered lizards in room. Employees didn't even care and recommended tp stay in same room , eventually we managed to get another room but it was very late and another room AC not working , Wifi not working , T.V not working. parking not available. Very bad experience. owner speaking rudely he said at 12.30 am if any problem about service You should check out room right now. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Poor and unhygienic lodge
This is 3rd class lodge, you can't even name it as a hotel. There are no facilities and extremely unhygienic pathways. Only good thing is it's located on d main highway. There are two boys who sit at the front desk. Mmt should remove such kind of hotel

Good hotel room on highway
The hotel rooms were good, hospitality also good they offering a comfortable stay, but they felt slightly overpriced for what was provided. Additionally, the food at the restaurant needs little bit improvement to meet expectations.

Poor Stay
Room was very basic, washroom was not clean and so does room walls where there were some stains. Also some different smell was there in the room.

Poor Stay
The stay was good but the flush was not working, the washroom was not completely clean, the staff helped but weren't completely cooperative, the tv was not working, the telephone was not working. The breakfast was good but wasn't on said time. The water wasn't hot at night.

Excellent Stay
The rooms are very comfortable & clean. We stayed here for devi darshan. Service was good, staff is attentive. Rooms had 24hrs hot water, infinity pool was nice. This was one of the best places i have stayed so far.
