Average Stay
1) There was no food service available at the Hotel. 2) Wallpaper in the room was peeled off. 3) Malodorous rooms. 4) So much phone calls were required for service. 5) Towels was also dirty. 6) Not recommended for future stays.

Poor Stay
i had stayed earlier in December 23 and was mighty impressed then. however this time the experience was bad, the bathroom was stained badly , towels torn. It was sad to see this place so badly maintained.The food we ordered was very nice though

Wow moment to ok ok moment
Rooms are ok ok, window tracks very dirty, inside main door tower bolt was broken. Inclusion mentioned where missing. The hotel was a fully empty type with only 1 or 2 rooms occupied.

The hotel is good with good interiors, AC, Washroom facilities, mini fridge etc. But the location is far from the location that I was searching for. No proper menu for Complimentary breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. Staff was cooperative. Room was clean . Food can be improved a little. Indoor Game facility was there.

Good Stay
location - hardly 15 min walking distance from famous Rankala lake. Best part is that have huge parking basement parking space. food - we had veg lunch and dinner, the taste was really nice. Since they prepare based on order so it might take some time for preparing it. Rooms - rooms are big and king size bed is really comfy. Rooms were pretty clean too.

Had a good stay.
Good, quiet place. Half an hour walk to Mahalaxmi Temple. About 15 min walk to Rankala lake. Rooms are excellent. Just need better maintenance.

Good Stay
It's a unexpected good hotel with the budget price with very polite and supportive stuff. Rooms are clean specious. The executive room condition is better than the delux room. Delux room need maintenance. This hotel having game zone and gym - you can use it on free. The out side appearance of this hotel is not good as it's residential complex. But inside is very good. Food price average with great taste. Parking avl in basement
