This was my third visit to the hotel with Family but everytime I visit I find that hotel is degrading its standard. Tarrifs are rather increasing but service and amenities are not as it use to be before.Even after requesting twin bed receptionist passed on false info that hotel doesn't have any twin bed room. We had booked our stay with complimentary Breakfast, earlier breakfast use to be served in a variety and it use to be a buffet but this time complimentary Breakfast had only 5 options including tea/ coffee that too with an instruction of any one. Somebody like me who has no liking for south Indian food just had bread butter and tea in a complimentary breakfast for which the resort charged me taxes

Great stay at silver oak
the room was clean and tidy. the reception restaurant was pleasantly good. Staff was welcoming and hard working. will recommend it for family and great if visiting ambabai temple, which a short walk from hotel. note that the restaurant is pure veg.

Unhygienic Service & Bed Bug Issue in Room 302
My stay in Room 302 was extremely unpleasant due to a serious bed bug infestation. It was nearly impossible to sleep, and I ended up with multiple bites. I immediately informed the reception, but shockingly, they showed zero concern or willingness to resolve the issue. While the food was tasty, hygiene was a major concern — the server held spoons by the eating end and cups by the lid, which is unacceptable. Parking is based on availability; if the lot is full, you’ll be forced to park on the crowded main road. The hotel is also located on a busy one-way street, which makes access quite difficult. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve cleanliness and guest support.

Poor Stay
The room provided is small and the price they have collected is high. I think while choosing the room the app should allow to see the facilities and same shall be reflected in the hotel.

Location is very good, 5 min walking distance from Temple. Food was also equally good and courteous staff. Property maintained in good condition. Room was specious enough.

Weekend trip for mahalazmi darsha
Travelled to kolhapur for poornimaand Friday darshan at mahalaxmi temple. Had stayed earlier with sam hotel when it was newly launched. Now, the staff is well experienced and courteous. facilities are pretty much standard and overall a good experience.

Positives: the room was very clean food was very tasty areas of improvement ac didn’t work. We were up early to leave for mumbai but there was no hot water in the tap despite keeping it open a long time. When we called reception no one picked up till much later when they must gave then started the geyser. Manager refused to accept the issues at first but mellowed after we told him this was not acceptable and we would give feedback. Barring the food, i would not recommend this hotel again unless they really ensure prompt service and workable amenities.
