i had checked into the hotel in 12 noon, the bathroom was dirty ( its wasn't flushed at all) , wet floor and basin arear as it was not been cleaned. the room all spitting marks and looked as it was not cleaned . because i was in rush i kept my bag and informed the same at reception. i came at 8.30 pm to the hotel. there was red muddy water from all taps i could not even wash my face. i had to get bottled water to clean n brush. no staff at recption. had to call MMT for help. finally left the hotel at 10 pm.

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel shlok in kolhapur, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience! the hotel's amenities are top-notch, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job keeping the rooms spotless. The staff at hotel shlok were warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. The veg food served at the hotel was delicious and varied. My only suggestion for improvement would be the hotel's location, which is slightly far from the main city of kolhapur. However, this minor drawback was more than made up for by the hotel's excellent services and amenities. Overall, i highly recommend hotel shlok to anyone visiting kolhapur. i booked three deluxe ac rooms at hotel shlok for six of my family members abs relatives from january 5th to 8th. the stay was very comfortable, with spacious and clean rooms, excellent hospitality, prompt service, and delicious food at the restaurant. the staff, including receptionists, housekeeping, and security, were exceptionally caring and attentive. the food service was also impressive—they customized meals to suit our preferences. for example, when we requested food without garlic, they accommodated it perfectly. on the last day, we requested puri and aloo sabji for breakfast, and they thoughtfully prepared it for us. initially, i was hesitant to book this hotel due to some negative reviews. however, after experiencing the stay, i can confidently say this hotel far exceeded expectations. i highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay and dine.

Clean and spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Vegetarian restaurant with a wide range of dishes across different cuisines. Accommodated my request for late check out without any additional charge. Hotel is right on the main road and so is easily accessible. Free wifi though the connection was slow and patchy at times.

familyWe stayed in hotel shlok recently & i must say, amazing stay, polite staff, quick service & mouthwatering food & deserts. Overall it was 5/5 experience. We will surely visit this hotel once again. Also would like to highlight that this hotel is pure veg but they have non veg restaurant ‘hotel amrut’ 5mins walkable from this hotel & the food was too yummy.
