Average experience at Hotel, booked via MakeMyTrip. The room was clean, but amenities were basic. Staff was friendly, but slow to respond. Breakfast was okay, not impressive. Location was good, though. Room rate was reasonable, but didn't quite match the experience. Overall, it was an okay stay, not great but not bad either. Would consider staying here again if rates are low, but wouldn't specifically choose it for its amenities or service. Maybe just a bit more effort would elevate it to a good hotel. 2.5/5 stars.

Overall service was awesome, and cleaned the bed floor and toilet. Furniture was also good but window curtain was little dirty but overall good experience, hotel management and staff was supporting. Location wise also good as railway station and bus depot is just walking distance due to it, easy access to anywhere.

Stay was excellent without any issue. Hot water was available. service was excellent and breakfast was extremely good. only problem was it started a little late then given time.

Metro Hotel is located in central place. The rooms, washroom & lobby was very clean, bed was comfortable, hot water & 4 wheeler parking was available. Lunch & dinner is not available but delicious breakfast was available. Staff service was very good. Overall experience was very good.

To improve the room service

Room was quite small for Delux room but clean with AC and geyser working properly. Bed was comfortable. It was closer to the main road and the Railway station. Food was not available at the hotel. Also the rooms need pest control. Overall it was a good experience.
