Not worthy of Staying
The location was good and accessible. Breakfast was very limited and needed improvement. Further, there was a big transparent glass in the room with a clear view of the washroom. Anyone can view clearly who is doing what is inside the washroom. That experience was terrible and I never expected such features of a hotel. Even there was no hot water for the bath.

Lack of cleanliness, TV not working, even towel and glass was not in the room. Need to ask for repeatedly.

Poor Stay
At present hotel is under rejuvenation. Rooms which were available wasn't in good condition. Cleanliness of bathroom was poor. Towels, bedsheets were not clean. Overall poor show. Will not suggest anybody to stay there. Such properties will spoil MMT's name.

Impolite Staff
When I made the booking, While checking in, the staff advised me to check the rules next time while booking. I told them that I did check They warned me 3-4 times that I should check the rules before booking next time. That was insulting. I asked them to cancel my booking if it's against the rules. They did not cancel.. I'm never considering this hotel in future.

Terrible Stay
The check-in was smooth, the room had mattress with springs sticking out under the sheets which were stained. The room had moulds on the wall and the housekeeping person dashed in with air freshener spray, which was generously done to the curtains and floors. The washbasin was splinter-cracked with crack to the windows. I am still recovering from the food poisoning after having food from the restaurant. Somehow as soon as the sun came up, I shifted to another hotel by 8 am. Most horrible experience. Not recommended at all.

The all things shown on MMT app for this hotel are not available while staying. The staff treated MMT customer very badly...Requesting MMT to remove the The hotel from valuable stay list

perfect hotel for family stay
we stay with family, perfect location , roof top restaurant, cleaning is good, staff are friendly, room is fine, Mahalaxmi temple distance approx. 1.5 km from hotel.

Poor Stay
The beds covers and pillow covers are visibly dirty and brown. Not sure if they were washed before spreading them on the bed. Bathroom faucets and taps were broken

Pathetic room condition, smelling, dusty. Poor service. Took more than an hour to clean and spray room freshner.
