Excellent Stay
Hotel K Tree in nice, cosy hotel, located at right place, near Tararani statue.. Well connected to main Pune Bengaluru highway and still within city.. Food is absolutely tasty and having tadaka.. My prefered choice, for Kolhapur trip

Poor Stay
Had booked deluxe room, but it was not bad than ordinary room. No toiletries like bathing soap, shampoo or conditioner. They didn't have hair dryer as well. Very poor condition of rooms.

The hotel room was spacious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would choose this hotel whenever I'm in kolhapur.

super deluxe room
booked a super deluxe room but the room was a avg ambiance and the view was poor food was on an avg side

It was ok
Hotel was good . However needs some improvement. Considering there were 2 guests they should have kept 2 towels and two brush ..but there was only 1 each.

In room there is no fridge,and cleanliness is not up to the mark ..small cockroaches were seen .. good is so so

The room was not clean,sticky and dirty washroom and room service not provide properly for online booking from make my trip app.they are bargening like our room was not remaining and sold out,even after my chen in they sold 3 more rooms. Overall experience is bad.

Urgent need for overall cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
The bedsheets and bedding was not clean. Smelly so was unable to sleep. Pillows too thick and stained. Towels had black and yellow marks. The showers waste water was going very slow. The property in urgent need of repairs. Door old and paint was off.

Well located property at decent pricing
Hotel Ktree is centrally located in Kolhapur with hotels like Dehati, Opal etc within walking distance.. the rooms are spacious and neat.. breakfast was included and was quite delicious.. overall a good deal

OK experience
Located conveniently. Rooms are good and spacious but some plugs and buttons were broken. Washroom was clean but some tiles were broken. AC and other things were good. Overall ok experience

Poorly managed property
familyI booked a super deluxe room at this hotel for my parents. It is nothing like they show in the photos. The room has a very bad odour and even the bathroom stinks. The furniture was also chipped and overall not a good experience. There is no space for parking. Please do not book based on the images itself.
