a. Room is okay. However the bedsheet and towels are not good. We have requested to replace the same. B. The hotel was unable to provide the evening coffee and tea ( on payment) @6 pm . Due to this we have not taken dinner there. Hence no comments on main course food. C. Breakfast is not ready even at 8 am ( only they have offered Upma and Poha at 9 am). Overall our rating to the hotel is average. Thanks

The room was not ready I was waiting at reception for around 20 to 25 minutes. after that the receptionist has came, but he was saying to wait me for again 20 to 25 minutes because the room was not ready, and the food quality was good. and the time was 12:30 pm

Good stay. Got a last minute booking. Good rooms, comfortable stay. Pretty good location. Tried the food and drinks at the lounge, great service and tasty food. Chicken urval is a must try. Overall a great experience.

The property was clean, the location was 10 mins from the Kolhapur cancer center for which we had visited. It is also 10 mins from the city center. The dinner we had on checking in was fabulous. It was only the availability of the restaurant staff for breakfast. We were told the kitchen was shut. However everything else was exceptional and the staff were friendly. Abhishek at the reception was very helpful!

The room was nice but the washroom was not cleaned as per the expectation the management is a bit shattered the lift was out of service so it was not a pleasant experience we had tea n coffee and that was good.

1. Check in experience: very good and pleasant 2. Tea/coffee not available at evening 5. 30, reason given kitchen opens at 7pm 3. Hot water for bath in the morning not available even at 7. 45am 4. Milk for my toddler was not served in room at 7. 15am, i was told room service not available. 5. Only kanda poha and shira available for breakfast other than bread and jam. Not value for money. 6. Except for manager (the person who helped to check in, all staff need training to get in proper 3* hotel service levels.

Stay at hotel bliss was good. It is slightly located in outskirt of city, but if you have own vehicle then everything is at 20 min distance. Hotel is clean, hygienic and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing i. E. Only phoe and misal. Staff is helpful and soft spoken.
