Supportive staff but one thing they need to improve that breakfast they don’t have in-house breakfast so they have assign opp hotel where specific menu with only 4 option where most items not available where food owner not bothered with this . The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, I had booked 3 rooms with breakfast, they said we will have to go across the road to a different food place that to with a limited options menu. Finally they did bring the food to our room but this experience was bad.

Disappointing Stay — Not as Shown Online

The pictures and reviews available online were completely opposite to what we experienced in reality. The rooms had a strong unpleasant odor, and the bathrooms were in an unacceptable condition — extremely dirty and full of pan masala stains. Even the bedsheets were stained. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and far from the standards expected. Definitely not recommended.

This hotel is terrible. The parking the lobby the service at the desk is basically not available. There was no restaurant in this hotel. They give you a coupon for breakfast to eat at one outlet outside the hotel. No tea or coffee, Services. Absolutely terrible.

hotel location is fine but their overall services are very poor. what they have shown on the site, in actual they don't provide. they don't provide any inhouse food. they don't have restaurant. they send you to nearby outlet to have your breakfast with very limited and basic food items like poha, upma, dosa, idali etc. they don't provide any refreshments, no shaving or no basic teeth kit. towels are stained, not cleaned. while booking room king size bed was shown but it was small bed. Big NO for this property. waste of money.

We had an amazing one-night stay at The Living Hub Business Hotel in Kolhapur, 1 minute away to the bus and 5 minutes walk to train station. it made exploring the city so easy. the Mahalaxmi Temple were super easy to reach.
