Room i had booked as per photos had different in actual. I had shared the photos of actual and you can check. Look at bed and room

We booked for 3 people and we found that they don't provide basic amenities like glasses to drink water, tv not working, two blankets forv3 people, 2 towels for 3 people, they have given one addition al people on floor. I don't understand how make my trip tie up with such hotel. Worst is they didn't even fulfill single promise they made to make mybtrip executive.

Need discount on other hotel or stay to carry forward. . . .

Average stay need to step up the infrastructure, need facilities for the customers, need good service

Awesome, well-cleaned, and safe to stay here, near to temple. They have created this place with absolute precision and in a traveler-friendly way. Highly recommended.

Very clean and neat. Walkable distance to mahalaxmi temple. Staff is very polite and helping the customers. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Many facilities are provided. Environment is very nice around the om shree yatri niwas.

Really pleasant and clean rooms. Staff was very good and service given by them was also very nice. When i will be in this area for some work i will definitely visit this hotel only.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown location.
