Good Stay
The hotel is good. But has some problems in the maintenance of the electric connections inside the room. The plug board is coming off when we pull our charger out could be dangerous for elderly people. Facilities are good but maintainenace is needed.

Good Stay
Car parking available. Great food.. taste is perfect.. service is good.. room is comfortable.. washroom is cleaned.. perfect stay with reasonable price.. Highly recommended for a stay.

Good Stay
we are staying here from last 5 years. The stay was good. Property location is also very good. They give good amenities and service from last 5 years. But, sorry to say that their food quality ( especially for Chinese food) is very pathetic. Pls. don't order for Chinese food. Overall stay was Good.

Poor Stay
Proper food was not served, the quality of food was pathetic. They served spoiled food in Lunch for which we complained. We ordered regular thali and the paneer curry was bad.

Good Stay
I have stayed at Chaitali Hotel at least 6th time including this one. The hotel location is very good and convenient... Rooms are good but need attention for the further restoration / renovation. Food is delicious and the staff too was courteous...

Excellent Stay
It was great experience the staff is very cooperative rooms are very clean food is very yummy specially puranpoli as we had gone during holi so got chance to have it maharashtrian food was very nice even breakfast is having lot of varieties we all enjoyed our stay thanks 😊would recommend to my family and friends as well

Good Stay
Hotel chaitali has good rooms and the service staff is also good . Overall the experience was really good . They have lifts so that helped the senior citizens with me

Very poor maintenance and bad place to be
businessFood was good but the maintenance was very poor and no cleanliness in the rooms. I had booked a super deulex room which was in very bad condition

Good place to stay, but not worth the price
Good place to stay the night. Toothpaste and brush were not provided. Toilet was not clean, hot water will take a very long time to come out of tap and it can't get hot beyond a point.
