Poor Stay
Food and service was good but cleanliness was poor. Rates were high like 5 star hotels but cleanliness was poor.

Poor Stay
Hotel I run down and urgently needs upgrade on 1. Lift 2. Linen 3. All toilet fittings( the toilet seat is worn and yellowed). The once hospitable Pearl has lost all its lustre.

The rooms and bathroombwere absolutely clean, with crisp linen...however the property needs renovation. the food at the reataurant was absolutely saltless...the vegetable and the dal..both were saltless... service staff was in a hurry to wind up.The finger bowl was given when to guests who were still eating main course..

Well appointed rooms and excellent hospitality.
I have stayed here multiple times and its always a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Its walking distance from the bus stand and short distance from all major attractions.

Budget friendly stay at Kolhapur
Good hotel for a budget friendly stay. However, the breakfast was average, had limited choice and only one person was assigned to cater everyone.

Neat and clean room and toilet..very good location in heart city..nice food..room service is excellent..lift and furniture needs renovation..valet parking service is excellent ..overall nice stay

Average Stay
Had booked Super Deluxe room. Very spacious but room and bathroom had some bad smell. Curtains looked like they were never cleaned. The lift and stairs need renovation. Staff is courteous and cooperative.

Average Stay
The pearl hotel offers a pleasant look and feel with well-maintained rooms and good hospitality. However, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing with limited options, making it not worth the experience. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Awesome stay, clean room, supportive staff, no smell, food also good. Parking wise there will be a problem but they make space available

No fresh rooms, breakfast is ok, room service no also not working
All things are old as per cost. Room towel bathroom bed sheet are very old. In entered room like old house

Review on stay.
Location is good. Nearer to most of the tourist attractions. Though the hotel was rated as three stars in site, it is no where nearer to rating. Very old lift. Needs a lot of improvement in washrooms. Staff are exceptionally good.
