I highly recommend hotel kolhapur residency! service: exceptional staff, friendly, and always willing to help. Location: perfectly situated in the heart of kolhapur, close to major attractions. Rooms: decent, clean, and well-maintained. Best part? it's incredible value for money! you won't find a better deal in kolhapur! recommended for: business travelers, families, tourists, and anyone looking for a great stay

Tv was shown add but was not available. No resturant. Hot water not available as per time mention. Timing of hot water is also odd location n staff very good

The reception is in second floor without t lift. The manager was soo rude saying you booked the hotel for soo cheap. My parents went and they had a terrible experience

One of the best budget options to stay in kolhapur. Have stayed for almost 3 to 4 times at this property and the experience has been always on the positive side. The rooms are basic but neat and clean. Bathrooms are clean too. But please do check the timing of hot water and plan your schedule accordingly.

Old bed sheet. No clear washroom. Pathetic breakfast services. No proper hospitality. Since the hotel is on the commercial street continuous buzzing of the road

It is an average property. Stay is good and polite. Manager is cooperative and soft spoken Service is good.

Hotel is ok, rooms are ok, there is no restorent, in bathroom no shower but hot water is available.

The room is very unhygienic. Bathroom is dirty, shower panel is broken, wc is very dirty, bedsheets are dirty.

Overall rooms was good little things were missing like batheoom tubelight and exhausfan was not working cleanliness was there and room service was not there and in complimenry breakfast we have to far from hotel.

The front desk manager kept asking for money of my early check in even after telling him that i’ll be paying everything while checking out

We dint got hot water at 5pm it was till 12pm we reached hotel at 5pm no handwash liquid nice was there was mice no drinking water was provided

The hotel rooms were not clean. Even though the basic utilities were working, there were lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room we were staying in. The pillow covers were also not properly washed. I would not want to visit this hotel again in the future. Thank you.

We booked this hotel, going along with google and mmt reviews but all are fake reviews. As there is worst facility provided here. No basic hygiene is maintained. Rooms are in very poor condition. When asked for any help they will directly give us some random number saying its manager contact number and no one answers that call. The bathroom is worst the bucket was dirty.

I stayed for 2 days for mahalakshmi temple visit, the hotel is walkable distance from station. You have very good veg restaurant gokul just opposite. The only point where management has to improve is by changing all plastic items like bathroom bucket, mug, dust bin and also white washing is required in room.

For the price i found it decent. Basic amenities were all available. No major issues as such. Bathroom should have been more cleaner. They told me that hot water is available in morning after 6am but we didn't get it until almost 7am only after i raised it. Overall decent if u want a place to stay for 1-2 nights

Location - very near from railway station, near from gokul restaurant, short walk from st stand; food - not sure if they do have food service or restaurant of their own; customer service - very average
