The water for bathing was cold, shower was not working, even some people just knocked the door at 12 o clock to check did we got extra sheet, it was horrible, reception staff of ok for communication, other were really to talk, they were really rude

The property is located in a very convenient place closer to the central bus stand. It's also not very far from the by pass road which is a common boarding point for south bound traveller's. Food is average. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel doesn't provide any soap shampoo comb etc. Staff is friendly. It's kolhapur, you will find a mix of spice and sweetness in people and their food.

बेडशीट किसीने पहिले युज किये हुए बेड के अंदर कॉकरोच टॉयलेट पहिले किसी ने युज किया हुआ था हॉटेल मॅनेजमेंट को बताने के बाद स्टाफ को साफ करने के लिए भेजा डोर कॉलिटी अँड लॉक सिस्टीम खराब थी पार्किंग उनके पास अवेलेबल नही है कन्स्ट्रक्शन अच्छा है लेकिन स्टाफ के उपर किसी का भी कंट्रोल नही बहुत बुरा हाल हुआ हमारा 😌

Terrible hotel with terrible service. The hotel is under renovation and rooms are dirty. Paint on the walls is gone, ac remotes not working, tvs not working, super lazy staff and worst of all no easy car parking available.

Unwashed blanket provided on bed as pullover which is a complete put off. That is a practice with such hotels. Upon asking, was told it is washed once a week. But again is used by multiple people. For the price, not worth it.

groupThe property was very unclean, cockroaches and terrible smell in both rooms. We have asked for plates and hot water, we could not get that also on time. Breakfast was not available, all items were cold. The hotel was operative with only 2 or 3 workers. In all terrible experience will not suggest anyone to stay for a single day.
