walkable distance from the Mahalakshmi temple. old hotel, commode seat was continuously falling, cleanliness has to be improved. During Dasara police do not allow cars to go towards the hotel. Had to park the car in a school ground nearby and move it in front of the hotel in the night. Good eatery next to the hotel where loni or butter dosa is served. Service needs improvement.

I have a good experience with kohinor square the service was nice the complementary food was the best and also the breakfast but the room need some new paintings

First thing is the property shown images are different from the one’s available. The size of the hotel rooms are extremely small for the price they quote. Very expensive competitively; Firstly , The property doesn’t have any parking Made us change the parking places multiple times which took 30 minutes for us , Secondly the property is so untidy and stinking with zero maintainance, nobody would like to even step in. Thirdly , they dont have room service , we wil have to carry our own luggage’s. And the entire property looks so clumpsy, untidy and unhygienic. Where none of the customer would like to stay there even for a while. I have booked my stay with family for 2 days for which they quoted around 9k ; when we entered the room with all these difficult situations. The maintenance of the room, washrooms which are stinking and the suez of the room is truly disappointing l. Where it doesn’t fit for third person even after 2 people get into the room; not even walkable space provided . And rude behaviour by the owner denying the facts and accepting their flaws. Finally we did not stay after seeing the situation there; we left the property inspite of paying for 2 days stay. That’s the scenario of this hotel stay. Kind request to everyone not to opt this hotel as it is a terrifying place to stay. I took time to mention all this in detail as no one should suffer like us.

We are not satisfied, they are not initiated the minimum amenities, service is very bad, staff are not responding.

Not worth the price. too costly based on the property. Not so hygienic. Dirty pillow covers, towels & blankets. better carry your own stuff. The only thing good about this hotel was Food.

the rooms are not as good as they look in photos. and the cleaning and maintenance is also not good. Starting from the entrance only, the hotel stinks...only plus point I could say is near to Mahalaxmi Mandir.

No food in the hotel, the hotel is in a very crowded area. It's very difficult to reach the hotel due to traffic. No parking available. I parked my new brand car on the open road side area overnight. Zero amenities. Please don't go by picture.

room they given was not which we asked, for 2 adults and 2 kids they given small room where we adjusted ourselves. 😌

My exper in this hotel was very fragile. The room services were very slow. After multiple calls I received the item I was requesting for. Also there was no proper arrangement for hot water. When asked about it they were saying that solar is not working properly. They need to improve their services. Terrible experience.

The hotel is located very near to ambabai temple. It has good ac and non ac rooms affordable rooms. It has has an vegetarian restaurant which serves good food. The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and neat. We checked in on time and rooms were ready

The hotel is in a very congested area with hardly any space for parking. The room i booked was very small, the blankets were not clean, the bathroom was worst.
