I have asked for the refund. I booked for 2 deluxe rooms. They do not have. They wanted to give one deluxe room and one ordinary room. Still manager making the wrong argument I have booked one deluxe and one ordinary. Pl show me this type of option in make my trip website. I waited there for 45 minutes. Pictures on the website are not at all matching the actuals. When ever there is nonrefund policy is there certainly there is a flaw in the hotel. I want my money back.

I advise MMT not to offer the room category which I opted. It is not even worth of 300 Rs. MMT is a big brand I lost faith on MMT .

Nice hotel at central place
Room service was excellent, cleanliness I will rate 6 out of 5. Food is too delicious.Supportive staff, they cleaned my car even though I haven't asked for it. Only missing thing was lift. Overall nice experience to stay here.

I was very disappointed with the services provided. While the property’s location near the Kolhapur Railway Station is convenient, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness was well maintained, but the bed was not as shown in the images, leading to discomfort and potential back pain. Additionally, basic amenities like drinking water were not included in the package and had to be purchased separately. To make matters worse, early check-in was not allowed, even when rooms were available. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory and did not justify the cost.

Does not deserve kudos at all ....
Not a pleasant experience at all right from entering the facility. In fact right from 1998 we are using this facility for just its convenient location near Railway station. The quality of cleanliness, ambience of lodging has completely lost .. But Thali restaurant has maintained its legacy of quality tasty food. Secondly, I am having doubt on the category of room provided. I had booked Super Deluxe, but the allotted one was definitely not that. If the allotted one was of Super Deluxe, then MMT should verify the Room no.206 and stop visitors from getting cheated.

Although triple adults occupancy was booked bed was for two Adults. For third person mattress was provided on floor, no clarity for this point during booking!

My review
Hotel neither senior citizen friendly nor differently abled, the entry itself is on slope in a by lane. Not a very convenient location. Since there's no elevator. I was given a room on the second floor. Even after request for change curtly told by receptio that its not possible and not available. Request for late checkout was also declined. The reception told me for paying one day resent even for 3 hours. However on second day i. E. The person at reception was gracious to allow us to checkout at 2 pm. Thaks to him. For dinner room service order was charged 320 and was informed that it will cost rs. 260. To avoid straining our selves we had no option except to pay the exorbitant charge. However the restaurant manager specially mr ravi was a very helpful in providing good food and went out of way to provide us modak. The entire staff under him were well mannered and helpful. Thank to them.
