Worst hotel ever seen

Booked for 3 person. But extra bed was not provided. Room was very dirty. Not even a intercom was there. Morning tea and breakfast was denied, cause their restaurant opens at 12.00 pm. Reception was pathetic, did not provided room for an hour. They told there is a swimming pool in room, that was empty. Wash room was there, without ventilation.

Very bad stay experience

The bedsheets are not clean. The towel. The towel was it had a hole in the middle, and the staff is also not that cooperative. Almost all of the staff people were drunk when we were there at the hotel, and and they don't even listen to what we are saying. Even after requesting multiple times, we did not receive the extra towels and flush. The toilet. Flash was also not working properly and we did not receive the complimentary water bottles as well. We had to pay for them. The extra matter that we requested that was also very bad quality.

We had selected A.C. room with city view, but they gave us different a.c room. Rooms and washroom was not clean. A.C. was not working in our room , we had encountered lizards in room. Employees didn't even care and recommended tp stay in same room , eventually we managed to get another room but it was very late and another room AC not working , Wifi not working , T.V not working. parking not available. Very bad experience. owner speaking rudely he said at 12.30 am if any problem about service You should check out room right now. ๐๐๐๐๐๐
