Decent hotel rooms

I recently stayed at hotel greenland elegant in kolhapur. Overall, my experience was okay. The rooms were good and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the tv was not recharged, leading to non-functional channels, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast offered was decent and front desk staff was polite, adding a positive note to the stay.

The room is spacious. But there are no amenities in the room. Instead of the tea kettle is just a showpiece thermos kept. Even the basics like soap provided is too poor, it doesn't even lather. No packaged drinking water is provided complimentery. Breakfast provided was all stale and no variety in menu.

Tired property. Cracked walls, dull room, unkept bathroom it needs an upgrade desperately. Front desk not always manned. Suggest clearing bills night before if you plan early checkout as the receptionist sleeping in the lobby won’t wake up before 0700. Food average. Won’t recommend to anyone.

No water in room, no hot water for evening shower and when requested for lemon for breakfast, waiter went outside the hotel plucked lemons from tree and gave. Bed size was insufficient for two. Room size is very small to accommodate three. My suggestion to MMT is to remove the name of this hotel from your list. It is tarnishing the image of MMT.

Dear guest, sorry for the inconvenience faced. Not all the points mentioned above are true. Hot water service details are already mentioned in our terms when you make a reservation. Your demand for hot water was late evening and still, the hotel staff did all possible arrangements for you, yet have posted the worst review for us. Bed images and sizes are also mentioned on the portal, you would have made sure about your requirements and then should have booked the room. Request you to stop spoiling our hotel name when you dont have a gesture of co-operation. And a kind suggestion, go through the terms, facilities, amenities and all such factors whenever you make a reservation in future to meet your requirements.

I booked hotel with the trust of MMT but stay was not satisfactory. Room was compact, they charged extra for AC, which was not working properly. They have charged good amount for AC. Hotel was away from city approx 4 km. Even door bell of room was not working. My choice of this hotel was wrong, will never recommend anyone.
