Stay was ok.
Location was good near isbt room was good but there was no fan in the room only ac was there bedsheet nd pillow was not clean but they changed it after asking for it.

Completely uncomfortable and disappointing experience
Huge cry little wool fits for this hotel. Had a very bad experience. Room was untidy. Shower was not working. Hot water wasn't available there. Bet sheets were unclean, torn and un hygienic. Untrained staff. Unsatisfactory service. The owner might have took complete care of cost cutting in everyway possible. Not worthy of the price they asked. It was more like an over priced place that quality.

No food available. Quality of service is very poor. Gives normal water(non-purified) in old bottles.

Stay was convenient and comfortable i like their rooms it is newly built building. Just like to add i was not able to get food in this property because of unavailability of chef

The room were very clean, the service was great and the attendants were polite, the view from the resort as promised was great, overall a very nice experience for someone who wants to stay in sonprayag this should definitely be there first choice

Unpleasant stay
Rooms were not ready by the checkin time. Pillow covers / bed sheets were oil stained. Washroom not clean, toilet is black stained. Room cleanliness was also not good. Request to please look into basic cleanliness of room also no kitchen available, had to order via zomato

Stay at himalayas
Room are fine enough but no room services were provided even after asking for it. In the stay of two days no room cleaning was done. Ac and tv works fine. But again no towel and soap provide in the washrooms. Over all an ok ok experience it was

I stay in this hotel, and stay for 2 nights. Room is not clean and when i check in into this hotel room is not read for stay. Water bottle is there

Comfortable ac room that too reasonably priced. Hotel staffs were good. What was missing was fooding.

It's very good place to stay in and also all the staff of hotel is very helpful and cooperative to the customer. Loction is hotel near by isbt is also helpful to visit-er to find out is hotel. Hotel distance of isbt around 1 km and a waking distance from isbt.

Poor n very poor hospitality
I asked 4 times for crockery ( 2 plates and 2 spoon) for having dinner. They never sent it. Arrogant behaviour. Juss a waste of management. No proper cleanliness.

Poor Stay
Very bad service everything unhygienic the bathroom is very unclean walls covers very dirty and dust filled everywhere the bed post the bathroom. The curtains very stained the bed sheets have huge stains hair on the floors cupboard filled with dust noisy and no exaggeration but the bathrooms taps and everything looked like it had been left to rot for months. The ac was not working when we checked we had to shift from one room to another and this was no different from the other the staff are not cooperating all in all worst experience not good at all

Terrible experience
When i checked in, i was offered a room with ac not working tv not working, then shifted in second room with the same room condition. The third room was terrible with stinky smell and no tv. After that i shifted in fourth room. Ac was not cooling. I had opted free breakfast and tea plan at the time of booking, but not offered the breakfast in spite of my several reminders. I got a cup of tea only. Overall terrible experience.
