Hotel O Canal Road

Room ambiance was not good toilet in not clean well tv was not working but room service and staff members are to good they help me a lot with my phone charging because I just left my charger in to the home they provide me a charger to charge my phone all over its good

It's a very room. Everything in the room was broken, the food was very dirty.

When i went to the hotel there was no electricity for atleast 5 hours i stayed without fan ac and then light came but tv was not working also the bed has alot of bed bug and i was not able to sleep full night even i got some bad skin allergies it was such a bad experience i had in my life

All doors closed properly and were spotless. Our child could use the bathroom independently and safely.

Found a parking spot right away. Close to the entrance so we didn't have to carry our bags too far with our child.

Windows let in beautiful sunlight. Made the room feel bright and happy. Perfect for taking photos together.

Staff gave great tips about nearby restaurants. Room had good views of city. Check-out was simple with no issues.

Room was quiet with good privacy. Staff provided helpful maps and suggested best times to visit popular attractions around.

It has good bed and everything thing but they didn’t gave us a ac and in the room there was to hot

I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had. While the location is certainly convenient and well-situated, I found several issues with the room that impacted my stay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark, and it felt like proper housekeeping standards were not maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially given the weather.

Food was worst Blanket was fully damage The guy was in front office was talking totally rudely it was like oyo service )) I ordered veg biryani and chicken biryani it was like khichdi I ask them for green chilies they said ok sir i am sending in the room and u waited for chilies more then one hour but they didn’t send even after 3 time I remind for chilies)) They don’t have drinking water also

Had an amazing stay at Hotel O canal road The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring Dehradun. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could

The property poorly maintained, rooms were unclean and even the bedsheets were dirty. Lift too was not working.

Extremely disappointed with the stay. The service was the worst I’ve experienced — unresponsive and careless. There was no water available in the room for hours, which is completely unacceptable. Despite booking confirmation, no complimentary breakfast was provided. Not recommended at all.

AC not work properly No towel in wash room and No water bottle while checkin. TV not working no Wi-Fi
