Not too much expected experience or there is some issues in this property, loud music from lobby side and water bottle is reused

Regarding the loud music, please note that it was coming from an adjacent room. However, immediately after receiving your complaint, our team addressed the issue and ensured the situation was rectified.
As for the water bottles, we understand your concern. Since ours is a homestay, we provide RO-purified water for guests’ convenience — freshly filled bottles are placed in the refrigerator and also offered at check-in. Sealed bottled water is available on request from the restaurant on the 1st floor at standard rates, with no additional service charges.
