They didn’t had any Jacquzi or a bath tub which we paid extra in a suite. They failed to serve good food and reception didn’t know how to behave with a family..

Hotel is situated in this city surrounded by required stuffs, food is tasty, just loved the bar, overall experience was good

Stay was comfortable
Hotel on main locality, near to station, overall stay was ok, bed size bit small, food quality was good. Breakfast can have more options

Pathetic!
The room was very dirty, even the towel, floor and the ameneties were in bad condition. When i complained about all this to reception the person asked me to book presidential room from next time and told me that our twin bed room executive is this bad only.

Noisy Hotel
The noise of the generator set is heard throughout the night. The wash basin had a bad smell. No natural light no window.

Good spacious room
