Review Of Hotel DownTown

Unprofessional attitude of staffs, lack of cleanness, floor are not clean, very bad experience

I was shocked to see the hotel it's not hotel just like dharamshala we was not stay there, we very disappointed from hotel n make my trip also.

We were provided with a store room type room to stay. Where the floor was made up of plywood and was shaking when anyone was walking on it. Lights and ac were not working. Bed sheet and blankets were not cleaned properly and were smelling. Doors didn't had proper locking system and they were many connecting doors to the room like one near the washroom, one beside bed. So it was quite scary as well. No that's it. Thank you.

Food not available. Hygiene below par. Safety ok.

Poor management, rooms also not cleaned

Poor hotel. No water supply, no hot water and totally a waste

Bed is not good telivision not working and facilities poor but service is good
