Staff behaviour was rude. And the staff was not in systematic way and the way of talking was not good

Kindly refund the money and update the portal with proper options and correct contact number
No support from mm t or from the guest house, trying to reach the customer care of mm t but no one responded, guest house owner asking to cancel the booking as the payment is not reflecting in his account. Cancellation option not working. I had not stayed instead i had mailed my complaint to refund the amount. Kindly review the status and address the graveiance of the hotel owner as i am feeling like cheated between the issue of mm t and guest house owner.
