I never imagine such a unprofessional behaviour

*Review of Garden City Resort, Meerut* I recently stayed at Garden City Resort in Meerut. The room was quite good and comfortable, and the location was decent. However, I found the pricing of food a bit on the higher side. For dinner, we ordered a basic meal consisting of daal, three breads, and curd, which ended up costing around ₹650 — definitely more than expected for such a simple spread. The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. The options were extremely limited — only paratha, sandwich, omelette, and tea/coffee were available. When we asked for any variation, such as grilling the sandwich, the staff outright refused. There was no flexibility at all. I strongly suggest the management to improve the breakfast menu by including more variety, such as South Indian items (like idli or dosa), or at least regional staples like poha or upma, to cater to different preferences. Overall, while the stay was decent, the food experience could definitely use improvement.

Syat at garden city resort was absolutely amazing. Room was clean. Staff was supportive. Food and parking facility were also good.

staf behaviour is not so good and some problem in location form name of hotel ,I think garden city so castle behalf the facilities there is no swimming pool the hotel lode the picture of swimming pool in the profile

The property is located on nh8 and is one of the prime areas due to various educational institutes nearby. The frontage has food outlets and i, personally, found it a tad bit inconvenient to confirm if i reached the correct location as proper signage was missing/not prominent. The food was quite good. I ordered a pizza. The reception staff could have been more accommodating for an early check-in but were cooperative enough to prepare the room sooner than the check-in time. The room was impressive and so was the property with their level of hygiene and maintenance.

Hotel's restaurant food is very costly, staff was not well trained and over rated facilities. Receptionist and others staff has not welcoming attitude.

Hotel was good along with good service and well maintained room, bathroom other activities area, clean and hygiene bathroom. The staff can learn for being more supportive and caring. Paid or unpaid vehicle service is not available at hotel, need to more accessible for outside person. Overall it deserve 4 out of 5 start.

Rooms are very small. Prices are very high especially for food! food is tasteless! i like omlette only! other than that it was worst! cleaning staff was perfect! they didnt even had a kettle for tea! i ordered tea in a kettle for after dinner but they denied to give me the kettle ! horrible

Property & room is well maintained. Staff is courteous. Room & washroom were clean. Suggestion is to keep tea cups little big.

Staffs were thoroughly unprifessional, sleeping while keeping the gate of the resort locked. Condition of ac in my room was terrible; almost in non working condition. I had to chsnge the room twice for this

Room ac was not working. I had to sleep in the heat all night. This was all very useless. Please refund my money
