Review Of Hotel Gunjan

Attention guys, this hotel (hotel gunjan) is actually not exist. It's a fraud booking from make my trip team with no refund policy.

Hotel has forced to give extra charges. Rude behavior of staff. Even they don't know behave with the ladies extremely bad property dirty pillows, bed not upto the mark dirty toilet. I have complained earlier also over telephone. Overall horrible experience.

Location, food and services are okay. But need to be improved. There was no calling bell or intercom to call a service boy or staffs.
Rooms are not as per specifications and displayed pictures.

Else where all is good and nice location from beach and other places.

Location is good but, hotel not good so I hate the hotel.

Room were smaller than shown in pictures. Bathrooms were not fully clean. But staff was supportive. They even allowed early check-in

Very poor service and room cleaning but supporting staff behaviour was good. Overall not up to standard maintaining by hotel gunjan during stay . All routing items like towel, toilet shop/shampoo not provided by hotel. Bathroom not clean and not maintaining cleaning hygiene.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Hotel Gunjan. Rooms were clean, well maintained and airy. Cleaned toilets with all necessary facilities available in them . . Staff-behaviour was awesome with needy politeness and they were worthy to have a healthy interaction. Location is most convenient. It's 500 M from Puri sea beach, 900 m from Swarg dwar beach and 1 km from Jagannath Temple. Though small, Hotel is suitable for personal and family stay and ready to deliver everything required.

They mentioned hotel is beside Puri hotel, but it is around 500 m from Puri hotel. There is no hot water in room and food delivery is also more than 2 hours. No telephone in room, we have to call from personal Mobile to hotel reception for any order. We are very much disappointed with hotel facilities, but I gave 2 rating because of food quality and taste.

Location is not so good but availability of foods are plenty around the hotel.

Good hotel at a good location with temple in 1km. Awesome trip to Puri my family first Trip. In future when I visit Puri again, I will stay in this hotel only.

Overall facilities and service was good but food price with respect to food quality was average. Sea was at 6-7 min walking distance and Puri temple was at 10-12 mins walking distance so location was good in both sense.

Behavior of hotel staff are good and they are very helpful for your pleasant stay.

Everything is need to Carry drinking water"good at the cost of value. The situation is very good. Thank all the staff. T was a very nice Hotel. The service was excellent. They emphasize basically on cleanliness and the other important factors are the location, it was near to the sea beach and restaurants, and I mostly enjoyed the peace.

We Enjoyed Wonderful Two Days .. Good Location Walking Distance To Sea Beach

Rooms was OK not that good for what you pay No facility of hot water in the bathroom and is not that cleaned but it was not smelling that was good Service was very slow
