    GK hotel is not available. please don't book this hotel

    The hotel is not available, but the staff is still taking bookings and shifting customers to other hotels. They are telling every guest that "hotel renevation work is in progress" and asking them to go to a nearby hotel in Ringas. However, the service at that hotel is very poor — hot water is not available, and there is a bad smell inside the rooms. @MakeMyTrip Team, please look into this matter urgently.
