I had booked the hotel after seeing it on MMT, it was not where mentioned that said Hotel was on 2nd floor without any lift or porter service to carry the luggage....I had booked two rooms for 5 persons, I checked in alone first and remaining 4 ladies came the next day morning 4 am....there was absolutely no in the hotel to open the door which was locked from inside...the room was also pathetic blanket didn't feel like taking them inspite of cold weather as they were dirty and awful smelling, bath room was pathetic.. walls colour where also coming out...for the first time felt like cheated ...as I had raised complaint on the very next day but no action is taken by there

dirty bathrooms.....stinking rooms....dampness smell...no complementary breakfast... are a few factors which prevent me from recommending to others.

No food facilities in the hotel, not even offered water, the bathroom had no hygiene

Rooms not matched with photos, room having smell, no proper parking is available owner asked to park on road and other shopkeeper asked to remove vehicle from there.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked it for a night. We reached and at the check-in only they told us the Air conditioner won’t be working for any room. When asked why they just gave stupid statement that in any room they are not working. When we asked to compensate for that they said you booked online discuss with them not us. We also asked them to add an extra bed in our room first they said yes but did not come for 2 hours then again we had the ask them then they gave a mattress. Even the lights were cut off for one hour for the hotel only rest the building had lights only hotels light were cut off. The hot water is also not working we had a 2 year child with us who had to bath in cold water. Washroom are also dirty not clean at all. All the washroom have big holes on top ceiling very risky thing not safe at all.

Awesome experience at first time in my life at this price Cheapest rate but cleaning, housekeeping,room service,water ,ac ,tv ,hot water all time everything good I think I will go again at same place thnq make my trip

Hotel was very dirty...hotel doesn't..hotel bed and washroom was very dirty.....hotel doesn't provide both time food...only one time..it's was also not good...

the room showed on the portal and actual room is totally different. bad linens, lesser hygiene. room was too smelly.

Room was not up to the mark,services was very bad.They took breakfast amount as on makemytrip I took the included breakfast option.

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff. No room service, i only demanded 2 things- glasses in the evening and tea in the morning, both were denied. And also naggingly insisted for timely checkout, said the same thing over and over again.
