Good Stay
Location is not wide open, food good , room service good , breakfast , could have more spreads , buffet dinner suitably priced , maintenance below average..staff courteous..house keeping very poor , flushing inappropriate , leaking bidet,NO RUNNING HOT WATER .

Excellent Stay at Hotel Gala Galaxy, Bareill– Worth of Money!
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Gala Galaxy in Bareilly. The rooms are extremely clean and hygienic, offering a comfortable and peaceful stay. The bathrooms are well-maintained, fresh, and sanitized – a big plus! The food service is top-notch – tasty, fresh, and served with great care. Everything, from cleanliness to service, was perfectly managed. Under this budget, it’s hard to find such great quality. Truly a full worth of money and highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and satisfying stay in Bareilly.

The staff could have been more courteous, thus bed cover had holes and the washroom was cosmetically cleaned but not really clean. The toilet seat had a paper ribbon wrapped on it but the seat had a hair sticking to it.

Room Service breakfast
Very bad room service and they switch off the air conditioner at night and there is no hand wash and they did not give breakfast, they said the timing is 8:30 AM

Only a marriage hotel
The property has a marriage hall and the rooms are best suited for them and not for someone coming to visit the city for tourism. It has huge loud sounds till the party goes on in the banquets and the sound seeps into the hotel rooms. Also the crowd that comes here is not upto the mark of a 3 star hotel.

Defective washroom seat.
Room no 210 washroom suite seat cover was detached for entire stay period and problem of water. Otherwise the hotel has good facilities.
