Review Of Hotel Florida - Manali Highway @ 9 mins drive from Chandigarh University

It went smooth, the staff was very understanding and the hotel was cozy. Breakfast was good as well. Would stay there again

It is close to Chandigarh University and out of the crowd of city. Nice property. Neat and clean. It is just near the Manali highway.

Property is at good place, food is average quality, average facility

Hotel is at prime location the beer cafe is good but room was not good on this price less spacious rooms and old type furniture

Unmannered illiterate rude staff the receptionist Mr. Vikram didn’t get mentioned discount and charged for extra water bottle totally horrible experience feeling regret to choose the hotel👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 contact me for detailed feedback. Your staff and specially Mr. Vikram needs at least minimum 3 months hospitality course training. From Check-in to check-out really had a terrible experience 😤😤😤😤 I stayed there from 15 September to 17 September Around 12:15pm I called at hotel and I asked for a 20 minutes early checking and the person denied in a rudely way. (1pm check in time ) So I reached hotel at 1:05pm At reception. No greeting no meeting at the reception. So here unmannered Tittle is for Mr. Vikram the receptionist this person is not supposed to be at reception he really need training about his job I think the way I got treated he needs at least minimum 3 months hospitality training course. When I request him to make sure that room should be neat and clean specially the linen so he replied to me that linen is clean if there is any stains left that might be because of laundry and I am not gonna buy a new bed sheet and put it for you . So that was his reply. Okay so he gave me one room on 2nd floor when i reach there room wasn’t ready bcz technician was working on telephone and he informed me it gonna take more than half and hour to fix. Went back to reception I informed the same to that illiterate person he don’t even apologised once. And said okay come with me I give u same kind of room on other floor (1st floor #102) once I entered the room , floor was really dirty ,found the stains on the linen , dust all round the room wherever you see. Food was good but while delivering to the room it was always uncovered and staff always directly entering the room without permission. MMT or any responsible person from the hotel please contact for detailed feedback.

It is very Bad Experience, hotel amenities just like a OYO Room. 1. No welcome of Guest 2. Carry your luggage with yourself to the Room. 3. Intercom in the room is not working. 4. Wifi is in the room is not working. 5. Totth Brush and paste, shaving kit is not available in the room, it has collected from the reception in the morning, it is rule of this hotel. 6.Tea Bag and milk powder not available in the room with coffee maker. 7. Breakfast issue, Buffet Breakfast is not available in the restaurant, it is an order based nobody is interested to take your order , you feel shameless and crying for breakfast for atleast one hour. i have called and complaint to MMT, and no body contact me after complaint and MMT doing only formalities It is very Bad Experience, hotel amenities just like a OYO Room. 1. The place was great. The staff was very warm and helpful and all the amenities were also good. The overall experience was really nice. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed with family, Room was clean, staff behaviour was good, The hotel manager desk arranged a taxi for the airport on festival day, thanks for the support. Restaurant food is also good

Good stay .. close to all education institutes good option for students travelling for the exams. But breakfast starts a bit late so come prepare for that. Overall value for money.

Comfortable stay, nice clean rooms and bathrooms, AC working but called to adjust the settings,dinner served in the restaurant is good. kitchen opens after 8.30 am. Overall good place to stay
