Location is ok But room was smelly Insects were on bed. Even basics like towel and soap had to be asked.. If you are alone, book it If you are with family, avoid it

There were cockroaches in the rooms and bed. After seeing 4 rooms we decided to stay in 1 room but the mattress was in a very bad condition and not at all comfortable to sleep. The bathroom’s condition was also bad

room was not according to as described, they didn’t provide any kettle or dental kit even the necessities like soap and towels. even geyser was not installed. Even fridge was not working… Door of washroom was broken we were unable to close the door …

The premium room was below average.. the mattress was uncomfortable, the bathroom was cramped and dirty.. cockroaches spotted.. TV didn't work.. door latch was broken... and food substandard ... not recommended ... the front desk was prompt in service.

we enjoyed our stay in North Wind hotel,location was good close to the city and food was also good,staff is also very accommodating,really appreciate them. Anyhow we saw 1-2 bedbugs on the floor in night so please do something for it .

It was a decent hotel with food, ac facility. But they should provide flexibility to check in and check out time.

Property is at a gud place nearby bus stand, cleanliness is very gud, all other things like staff is warm welcoming and food is delicious. Nice stay thanx.
