ask to extra money for room very bad experience of this hotel in can't like this hotel because ask for extra money

I had a terrible experience during my stay. At check-in, the staff rudely informed me they wouldn’t accept bookings. When I finally got to my room, it was filthy – condoms scattered everywhere, torn bedsheets, and cigarette burns. The place felt unsafe, especially for women, as some of the men around were acting inappropriately. I regret wasting rupees on this stay. If you’re considering this place, I suggest spending a bit more and choosing a safer, cleaner option. It’s not worth the trouble, particularly if you're traveling with women.

You guys have charged my brother extra 200rs more for what? i have made full payment but also you charged

Property is close to cu but surrounding is not good. Nearby there is city dump area. I paid through makemytrip app but still they charged rs. 350 as they said the charge is rs1000 and the balance has to be paid in cash. Although in my past exp. No hotel charges post payment made by makemytrip app. There is something fishy. No lift, so had to climb stairs. Room is small but maintains good temprature. They placed new ac's and tv in each room.

Room was good, clean, decent, location was also easy to find, bathroom was good as well. Though checkin experience was quite unsatisfied, the guy at reception first said i have to pay extra, and then told me not to book this place as this goes in loss for them.

The ground floor room is provided which is smelly and stinking, and the bed is uncomfortable. Blanket seems to be unhygine

Acha hae , thoda safai ki problem hae , niche hairs hote floor pe baki sahi hae, too much options for food , everything is available nearby ❤️

They have charged 200 extra and denying stay without paying extra saying that in punjab you have to pay extra if you want stay.

He demanded extra money for stay. This was so disappointed to me. Please look into this matter and compensate me for the same.

I booked a room and called them on phone and told that i will reach at about 11 pm at night, but when i reached hotel they denied to give me room, they asked me to give more money. when i said that I will complain about it then they gave me the room but said that in future we won't give you the room you will have to pay us too. it is very bad coz if you booked a room and go with your family etc, still you are not sure that they will give you the room.

It's clean, tidy and feels comfortable staying there. That's all. Thank you

Wifi is not accessible. Extra charge must be paid for tv. The wall is damaged due to moisture and the paint layer is dropping from it. Even after complaining, staff didn't respond to wifi service. detail is much different than reality.

The place is good, clean and well maintained but for 1-2 hr early check in you have to pay extra amount even though OYO has time based early check in policy. According to that, I don't need to pay. I reached, 9AM instead to 12PM and i have to pay 300 INR extra.

I was booked this oyo room and I payed this amount through my credit card in advance.but they are saying that is not our price u have to pay 400 ₹ to us we have pay 300 ₹ to themvery bad experience 😕

Very poor service provided. Staff was rude and misbehaved.

After the standard booking from make my trip they again asked me for a additional amount of 450 rupees and didn't provide any such facilities like water and wifi, there were noone to attend us and didn't even they provide us any toiletries, manager was too rude and overall system was a disgust.

The hotel demands extra charges at the time of check in, and we will pay additional amount for check-in. Very bad experience as i booked for one of my guest, but it's shameful experience. Never book hotel form your side
