Hotel’s location was the best, as its very near to railway station, staff is awesome. I had a beautiful room. It was pleasure to stay in this hotel.

It was a comfortable, peaceful stay. Food was decent and all requests were answered promptly. Facilities like the gym are really well maintained so far and a good addition. Only issue was the electricity work and frequent light outs, but that may be beyond their control. Good experience.

Excellent rooms, near to Mahatma Gandhi Mandir. Bathroom is very clean provided hair dryer also. Food is unlimited tasted. I booked along with food vary reasonable package. Overall Good Experience

the service at this hotel is absolutely pathetic! 😡 at 6:30 am, the terrace grill started banging loudly, disturbing all peace. i had to call to get it stopped, and only then did they bother to shut it off. 😤 as if that wasn’t enough, the power went out! ⚡ when i called about it, the manager had the audacity to say, “what do you expect me to do? it’s a technical issue.” 🙄 then he made excuses about the generator not working. this is the most unprofessional, subpar service i’ve ever experienced. 👎 the manager’s response was as clueless and useless as the service itself. 😠 complete waste of money. 💸

Rooms were too compact not much space to move around. Continue construction noise as there is under construction building just beside this hotel. Food was okay
