Some of the amenities as listed in the makemytrip email were not available. For instance, no kettle in the room (i had to insist, then they gave one, no coffee, tea, sugar. Room was small. Some cob webs were visible on one wall. They were very petty in insisting that i pay rs 200 per hour for the additional two hours extension i requested. I had to pay as i had no choice as my train was only around 3 pm. When they are so strict about the timings, the should have been very strict about providing all amenities as listed in the email of makemytrip.

Super nice rooms, spacious and well kept. This is our primary room everytime I visit Kerala with my father, who is a senior citizen. Good room service as well.

Clean, good service. Calm area, close to kanhangad railway station. 4 kms to anandashramam. Good for kids.

I book one day stay for emirates hotel through make my trip app. I reach yesterday i think exactly 11. 45 am. After they give room, room very nee t and clean. But one reception staff not give any help for me. So it's ok
