I asked about the GST bill the hotel is unaware about the GST they simply denied and urgue me that they were not provided the bill if the booking comes from MMT , my office insisted the GST bill from hotel only , please guide the hotels

Nice experience and front area need toimprove

*hotel stay review* i recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and overall, my experience was positive. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The room was well-maintained, clean, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. However, i did encounter a couple of areas that could use improvement. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment. I kindly request that this issue be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Additionally, the front area of the hotel gave the impression of a closed establishment, which was somewhat off-putting. There is a need for better arrangements and staffing at the reception on the ground floor to create a more welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, the absence of a properly maintained entrance road from the main road to the hotel was an inconvenience. Despite these concerns, my stay was enjoyable, and i appreciate the efforts of your team. I hope these areas can be addressed to further improve the overall guest experience.
