Hotel O Century Park

Pathetic room at best location. actually it is not a hotel , it is a proper lodge room with dirty walls and not hygiene room. location is good *in front of main new busstand Kasaragod. rooms are on the top of a shopping complex building and it's reception is at the middle of ground floor, just like a lottery stall. now a days we can get more better and maintained lodge rooms at this price range. Please book wisely.

The hotel is great, the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful, just one thing they need to improve is their lift because due to some maintenance issue it was closed for 3 days

I just checked the room and immediately left due to its poor condition. I booked another room at a different hotel. The property is very poorly maintained, and the elevators are not working. They had assigned me a room on the 4th floor. The bedroom and bathroom were in terrible condition. The pillows and bed were also extremely uncomfortable. The actual room looked nothing like the images shown

No cleaning, room has pests on bed , bad bathroom, really bad towels provided by hotel, no propper blankets on bed.

Rooms in 4th Floor, Lift not working, the hotel person informed that he conveyed the matter to Make my Trip, but I never received any info from Make my Trip, at 12.30am where to go ? Then we climbed all the way to 4th floor only to see a stinking room, checked 2 other rooms finally one room was better, but cockroaches in plenty I could kill one, no hot water facility. Once we go out and come back to the hotel again we have to climb up to the 4th floor which was terrible, while check out carry all the luggage by climbing down the stairs, horrible experience

too dirty rooms with no facility. The bad smell we couldn't enter the room first. The bathroom fittings were broken and lying here and there. The terrible stay with horrible memory. we have still not overcome.

Rooms are not clean. Door lock and bathroom door not properly maintained. Difficult to lock the room from outside. Lock is not much safe also

Not up to the mark and not worth for money. Cleanliness is the main issue. Only one charging point and that was not working.

There is no even a name board as hotel but name as lodge. And room is very dirty and no proper parking area. I stayed there only bcoz of advance payment. I will not stay there in future and will not prefer to anyone.

Terrible stay. Not recommended at all Don't expect any help from hotelier. No one helps to check luggage. The condition of room was pathetic. Amenities was of worst conditions. Washroom was not usable, blaclk dirty water was in flus wash basin etc. This was worst stay I ever had. I had checked out early on the same day.

The washroom is in worst condition. The room had cockroaches and not good. The bedsheets they provided is a duvet cover.

Wonderful stay! the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended! excellent location, clean rooms, and polite personnel.

Poor quality, no hot water, have to go other floor to get hot water in bucket, dirty bedsheet and dirty pillow, cockroaches found everywhere
