Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds and restrooms. Active staff . Good experience if you are women traveling alone or couple. Family hotel.

It was one awesome stay at Surat. The location is super right opposite the railway station. Both Salahuddin and Hussain were awesome and helpful hosts. The staff was amazing, very prompt and humble. Always smiling. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and tidy, again well maintained. Food was excellent. We had tea, juice, Maggi, and Chinese food. It was tasty and up to the mark. Overall rating is a 10/10. I will definitely recommend this place to all the people visiting Surat. Excellent amenities at a reasonable tariff. Thank you El Magnifico!

Location is exact opposite to Surat railway station, nice rooms, staff was really helpful and polite

Rooms are small and for even married couple they wanted proof which was really bad experience. Married people pls carry any proof of identity to justify you are husband and wife

The AC didn’t worked properly, it was leaking and our clothes got wet. Also The room is very congested.

It's a very nice and clean property. Out from the railway station and into the hotel. Not even a 2mins walking distance. Staff were good and cooperative. Highly Recommend.

The best place for couples and children. also you planing for weeding that the best and hotel staff services are very good.

The location is very near to Railway station and the cleanliness , break fast and the hospitality of the Hotel - all are superb . Value for the money.

Poor service and staff is not friendly

The property is 1-1. 5 yrs old but well maintained. Location is congested due to proximity to surat railway station, but that should not be a challenge. Overall i am satisfied with the overall experience.

Location wise it is one of the best option. However i would recommend it only for a shorter duration. I would not recommend food from the hotel, better to dine outside. Rooms are good but small, better if you are a solo traveller.
