Very very poor service

best hotel i ever visited ✨

I have booked my room for 1 night stay by 505 ruppes im make my trip. But after reaching there they ask for more money. So instantly i talked with make my trip. Make my trip assure me to give extra 750 rupees to them. After leaving hotel they will reimburse my extra 750 rupees by showing invoice. Still they didn't give me my invoice. Also service is terrible. Staff behavior is very bad. My faith for make my trip is gone after booking this hotel.

I get a worst room at this hotel, than the charge they take for it. bad toilet, small, room, dirty towel। No keys was given to me to lock the room for going out side. No restaurant is there. So I have to go outside visit with all luggage. They said that they will change the room some hours later But after seeing the environment, I can't reply, so I connect and I have to book another hotel room in surat, that was very good but low cost also with restaurant.

location is good room is goodservice is also goodbut hotel manager take 1000₹ for room manager say online booking is not conform so I don't give room .then i give 1000₹ to hotel manager and last give me a room so i say last 1-2 month is oyo and make my trip very worst booking because manager not give any room of online booking you say what i can do

Room was not clean, washroom was not clean, bed was so dirty, did not even give breakfast

No breakfast provided instead of breakfast shown in the bookings

When I show booking confirmation to hotel, they said no room available. After I call MMT customer care. MMT customer service was good. But hotel said MMT gives you show much cheaper rate, I don't gives you room. I want to know who's fault. It's not mine. My breakfast included but breakfast doesn't provide.

Location of this hotel is pleasant. Have some garden area in front of The hotel to relax. A mini swimming pool is there, but not in use. Cleanliness should be improved very much. Staff are doing good. Amenities in room should be more. No dressing table or wardrobe. Balcony is used for storage and very dirty. Still I will visit again for its location.

We ordered Chinese veg listed amount is less but we pay more than listed amount difference of pricing variance and cleaning up balcony too much mess and dirty.

Best choice, cheap price. Everything was good.

Room is good but window are front of the bed and its so embarrassing.
