Terrible stay.The staf was not at all cooperative. The room was stinking. From bedsheets to water glasses, everything was dirty.

Staff was coprative i loved to satya hotel is couple friendly food was amazing atmosphere was very good if i got a chance to satya again i would love to satya again here only room was neat and clean. Location is much good from my thinking

Room was not clean. Cigerette ashes were there. It was smelly. We were not feeling safe. So we didn't stay there.

इससे बेकार बुकिंग आज तक नही हुई। ऑफर में दिखाया कमरा बिलकुल बेकार था। होटल ने 500 रुपए लेकर कमरा बदला। ऑफर में ब्रेकफास्ट फ्री दिखाया था जो नही दिया गया।

I got by make my trip. Location is very good no parking problem. It was very joyful stey for me very nice and delicious food.

Good Stay
Hotel and stay were good, had breakfast and dinner at the hotel as well which were also great. Mall road is just 100 meters away. Staff was cooperative and polite. They also arranges scooty for local sode seen further arranged taxi to spit i valley as well overall a very good and worth experience.

Poor service and dirty bath rooms
You have to purchase water bottles as there is no complementary water. Very dirty bathroom floors. My rooms has some power failure. Need to change the room at morning 4am breakfast is served at room. Only one cup tea is allowed. Second cup is chargeable. Fail to understand how this hotel is market as 3 star property

terrible experience third class hotel
Hotel was horrible, bed sheets were full of stains, hairs everywhere in washroom there was insects….on the Top there was a cockroach in the almirah…..don’t trust the ratings, when you checkout they asked you to give ratings in front of them……

Very unresponsive and rude staff. Cleanliness was hundred miles away from the room. Very suffocating room.
