The room given on day 1 was pathetic. It had water leakage from the cealing and fungus on the walls. Water was leaking from the walls onto the floor which we complained. Staff put 1 towel in the floor. We requested to change the room but was denied as the hotel was fully occupied. We were provided other room on the next day. It was ok

disappointing stay due to cleanliness issues,there were cockroaches on the bed with unpleasant odour in the room. The room size was smaller than expected as per the pictures shown online.everConsidering the price, the experience fell short of expectations.

The location of the hotel was good and the staff was good but the rooms of the hotel were not good at all. I saw a lot of cockroaches in the hotel and also complained to the staff.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong bleach odor that lingered throughout my stay. When I tried to order breakfast, I was informed that none of the items I wanted were available. The food we did receive was only decent, considering the high price we paid. Another major issue was the room allocation. Despite paying a premium, we were assigned a room on a lower floor, while another family received two rooms on the upper floor for the same price. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and amenities.

very rude staff. no cooperation from staff. We entered as a couple given room open glass from the restaurant side which has no privacy. please avoid this hotel

We opened door there were no water bottles and cockroaches 🪳 were roaming everywhere… it was terrible

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. There was severe leakage of sewage water right at the main entrance, creating an unbearable odor throughout the premises. The rooms were poorly maintained—unclean and filled with an unpleasant smell. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were clearly lacking. Additionally, the food quality was subpar and many essential amenities were either unavailable or not in working condition. Overall, the stay was far below acceptable standards and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic environment.

Location was good But I the room was dirty. I assume as I booked the room at a cheaper rate from make my trip, they gave me the ugliest room. When I asked for hot water they asked me to wait for one an half hour.

Restaurant service was not much good. please improve your service . it is good for staying tataultra marathon every year.

as per tarrif i found no bathroom supplies as such no sop no jel nothing..... food service in restaurant was too bad for teast as per price.... no staff available for so many times to order very late for service and overall very bad experience with restaurant.... i will not refer to stay with family either alone...

Outside food not allow, restorent is costly, ac, tv, other basic amenities av l ( need to wait for a hot water)

Room was not cleaned and sanitized, it was smelling and AC was not working properl. Breakfast was also not properly provided even though added while booking

I booked a super deluxe room with ac for around 2400- per night. But quality was very poor. Room was not properly cleaned or hygienic. No room freshener was used. It's so much less specious. Won't recommend at all.
