I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel downtown, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions and a vibrant city atmosphere right at the doorstep. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Location was not so good. Cleaning of room was very poor. Fan was barely honking. No worth for the money

Evening snacks is very spicy 🔥 so we are decided not eat dinner and also till time not ready breakfast.

A very un-professionally maintained unit. Breakfast is not buffet. Low options of b/f. No hot water in taps. Have to request in bucket. Expensive in house dining. Overall expensive room tariff.

One of the worst experiences in a hotel. Had my executives staying for 3nights but what was missing was hospitality and service here. No amenities, no water, technical issues with television. What all not. Before my executives could check out from the hotel i got at least 10calls a day prior from checkout to make payment against the billing(which no hotel does in the world. I do not expect them to speak in english if they aren’t fluent but appreciating the fact that he tried speaking english, can’t even forget that he was terrible to the point that instead of understanding something i was going bonkers. The cleanliness, facilities in a room after paying 2000+taxes per night, rowdy staff. They were all together was a terrible experience. Please do not even get this hotel listed or it will automatically be shut soon!

Breakfast quality not good, managers behavior poor, very bad rooms and suggest other please don't book this hotel.

I had to call 2-3 times for a single thing and got insects in Lassi. It was a very bad experience.

Room service is too slow. No pickup from Station.
