Good service provided by staff. Well maintained rooms. Tasty Food. highly Recommended for family stay

There is no cleanliness in this hotel, the bed is very dirty, the towel is also dirty, there is a bad smell coming from the room...the mattress was such that it would be better to sleep on the ground without a bed...

The hotel location is very bad, the behaviour of the staff is rude and the receptionist is not co-operate with guests.

Cleaning issue, curtains are not cleaned, late service, tv channels are not active as per mark, food delivery is very poor

Location is ok. Service is worst. If you order any item they will take more than 1hr to deliver it. As in booking breakfast was complimentary hotel owner provides only poha on daily basis which costs rs40. If we ask for any other item in breakfast then as per owner it will be chargeable in complimentary they can serve only poha. Worst class food quality and service also quantity is less.

Very old property, mattress also not good. For breakfast mm t charged high, they won't supply which is costly, they ll supply only below rs. 50 in their menu. No water bottle and other items which all hotels supplied, on request they have given towel, which is very poor.

Manager rakesh sharma's very rude behaviour, room size is very small service not good i m very upset for this stay water not coming in the bathroom

The rooms are so so. But there is no proper meal and food arrangement. They have to bring food from outside restrurents. They have to make all arrangements properly, otherwise the guest will face problems like us.

Service was not good staff were not supportive

Manger behaviour was very bad. Given very bad room as i booked from make my trip in discount offer. Bedsheet was not clean. Parking responsibility not taken by him although he mentioned free parking. Very very bad behaviour and hote room is too bad.

Everything is fine but need a little improvement like hanger’s are not available to hang clothes in room and water geyser should start every morning without asking.

Check-in experience was not so good. Hotel manager asked me to shift in two single bed room instead of the deluxe double room, after argument they agreed to give the double deluxe bed. Rest of the things are quite good. They gave us good room services. Rooms are spacious with dining table, sofa and a 32 inch tv.

Hotel was good service was above average staff was polite and helpful location was good room size was a bit small

Hotel gulmohar is located centrally where from all the locations are convenient. Rooms are clean, food is good n reasonably priced. Staff is humble. Ample parking space. Recently renovated and has feeling like home. Overall it’s value for money

Location is good. Clean and hygienic. Staff behaviour also good. Bed size is little shorter for taller person. Room size is ok and the best thing air conditioned room having ventilation too.

Nice hotel as clean apartment and good behavior about stof
