I had a wonderful stay at this hotel From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading my room without any extra charge! The facilities were top-notch, and everything I needed was readily available. The housekeeping staff were incredibly efficient, providing required amenities within just 2 minutes of my request. It was clear they were dedicated to ensuring my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always smiling and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional stay. I'll definitely be back

Terrible Stay
The room is not clean, the towel is dirty, i did not even bring the water bottle staff behaviour is not good

Poor Stay
soloRoom maintenance is very poor, a/c not working, have to change the room at night. Breakfast was worst one good thing i found the service boy were extremely polite and helpful to make me happy.

familyLocation - ok, food- poor. Not able to get proper coffee despite repeated requests. Amenities not available those mentioned on mm t like geyser/ water heater or iron, iron board. Services - average.

The chef doesn't know how to cook
The property location was good but the cook was not good. If a person wants to eat outside and not depend on the hotel then in that case this hotel will be good for him

Recommendable stay
It was nice staying at this property and we all loved the comfort and the hospitality provided by the staff. Food was good also. Assisting guests for their queries was also good.

Poor Stay
This is not a 3 star hotel. Just an average hotel. Rooms are just ok. Dont expect good condition room. If u booked they will definitely give u a below average room. The photos which they provided are fake. Not a single bottle of water not given as complimentary. Water bottle rs. 20 priced rs. 35. For breakfast i paid around rs. 300 extra. They don't have any option for breakfast. One egg omelet and 4 coin sized puri was served to me.

No hot water, rooms were okay, staff mismanaged my booking and shifted me to other hotel fortuna avanur, rooms were not clean, poor room condition, very small rooms

the response of the employees of the hotel is excellent..they have been very cooperative since the time i booked room in the hotel . food quantity and variety is very much satisfactory. bathroom, bedsheets , towels require some more cleanness . overall all our stay is .we enjoyed it. 👍👏🌹🌹

Location is good but hotel is terrible, unhygienic room and bathroom, light is not in working condition in bathroom mirror so its very difficult to save and chair of the room were very dirty and the outer atmosphere of the hotel is not good staff is polite overall expeirence is not good and last its not family and couple hotel.

businessThere is nothing good about this property, filthy rooms, bad food, pathetic staff and what not. It used to be good 3-4 years back but not it is just an ill maintained lodge.
