Review Of Hotel Dolphin

This hotel room not type of delux room just a ordinary room and get the rent as delux room

When we reached hotel, we found that the rooms were not cleaned and every there construction rubbish were lying. No other guest or service boys were present

Paint coming off, insects, not clean when i entered had to make special request, food was served 2 hours later once ordered, tea wasn't served at 3 pm and wouldn't be served before 5pm, coffee lot available, understaffed

Following are the problems: 1. No lift (rooms provided at 3rd and 4th floor) 2. Geyser not working 3. Wifi not available in room 4. Service charge of 10% levied for no reason at all 5. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from management 6. Outside food not allowed.

Rotten fish served in lunch on 2nd oct, 22 inordinate delay in serving of tea breakfast lunch and dinner only free channels provided in tv no tv on first day due to dish problem

Not so clean. Facility is limited. Staffs are well behaved. Thorough maintenance required. Broken ac. Not fit for accomodation for 3 persons. Parking place is horrible. Food is upto the mark but excessive rate. Thanks.

The room was unclean with dirty bedsheets pillow cover. The worst part was the bathroom was very unclean i literally had to adjust myslef to the situation, room was provided without any room service or prior cleaning. Apart from that hotel location is good, 500m and you get a secluded beach (lakshmipur beach)from hotel. Hotel staffs seemed cooperative but they do not follow basic minimum protocol when you get a room, you have to ask yourself to get the basic cleanup. Poor rating is due to 1. Unclean and unhygienic-ally offered bed condition and toilet 2. No service is offered for even providing a jug of water 3. Room even didnt have electricity until l being told about it.

Manager&room service staff didn't work properly. They are all very careless about borders.

Long distance from main sea beach. Food not bad but very expensive than o the rode side restaurant. Tv is not working. All service is very slow.

My family of 3 just loved this short trip of 3 days and 2 nights in the lap of nature at dolphin hotel. Rooms were clean, reception was happy and polite. Food were of awesome taste and quality homely though a little bit high priced. Garden is excellent. My son loved the 6 little playful puppies in the garden. Hotel is spacious in the lap of nature. On-time service. Windy peaceful l location. Mind-blowing experience overall. Good for 4-5 days weekend trips !
Temperature check should be compulsory. But staffs were courteous and friendly.
