Average room in a disgusting location,very crowded area near NDLS, safety might be an issue for some travellers

Dirty, non-hygienic, better to stay away, services are not up to mark. Have to told everything but provided delayed services.

No tv works and dirty rooms, as location also in very difficult to find. Need to upgrade all things to hotel

Absolutely terrible experience. Stated just for 8 hours for an overnight stay. Was not provided with the basics such as towel, soap, etc. There was a landline available which had no mention of the number to be dial-led to reach out to the reception. While booking it was mentioned that we get hot water 24x7, but had to go down early in the morning to enquirer about the same, which took them 45 mins to get started and i couldn't get the chance to get a bath before heading out for the airport. Absolutely terrible!

Hotel room was pathetic. Cockroaches were here & there. Washroom is not so clean so as bedding. Hotel is in very very congested area, one has to take half an hour to find the hotel.

No phone number. Website two number available but but any onto working area location but road gali very thin just like two feet ony. Overall not good

Room, washroom, wardrobe, bedsheet and blanket all were dirty. It seems they didn't change the bedsheet, blanket and pillow cover. They allotted the same that were used by other travellers. Even they dont have proper accountability, hotel manger told me that you have only paid only for a single day and asked me to show the booking details for 2 days. I advice mm t to take appropriate action for the hotel manager and plz black list this hotel from your list, else it will cause to bring you name down. We trust your brand that is why booked this hotel but i will have to think twice next time for booking from mmt.

Nice hotel but they will not provide extra bed!

Hotel is not neat and the area is very bad as is it’s ok for bachelors to stay but only 1 day

Rooms are good and well cleaned.

No table and chair are there to eat food.

The food was good. Room was clean and cozy. The staff were really helpful and kind. The location could have better as it was a tad bit difficult to find.

Location was easily accessible, hotel was fully hiegenic, also room is well and good

Receptionist was not helpful regarding such thing and it should under refundable policy.

Hotel has no kitchen. They manage food from outside.
