The location is excellent – very close to the seaside, and there’s a Starbucks conveniently located right across the property. The staff genuinely tries to help and are courteous, which adds a lot of value.
However, the rooms are quite small and not very comfortable. A major downside is the constant disturbing noise from what seems like some mechanical system behind the hotel. I managed with earmuffs, but it could be a deal-breaker for light sleepers. The property has two buildings – one of them appears to have slightly better furnishing than the other, so your experience may vary depending on where you’re allotted a room.
Breakfast is sparse and basic, though once again, the staff makes an effort to make up for it.
Verdict: If you’re on a budget and want a central location, this hotel is workable. But if you’re looking for a true 4-star comfort, you might be better off choosing another property nearby.
