The existing reviews are completely than what I experienced. The hotel looks okay from outside but aged inside like the rooms. Bedsheets and towels were not clean, rooms has rats even thought at first they changed out room while in the second time they caught the rat this is during the bed time. Beds has bugs, they bite the children and left marks. Very disappointed with the people who earlier reviewed it incorrectly. Regarding the breakfast there were no buffet breakfast and the waiter didn’t delivered what we ordered even in an hour as he belived that 3 dishes on two adults will be more.

Good Stay
The hotel property is good. We had the luxury room booked however they didn't give us all the facilities that was listed for luxury room. The shower was not working and we somehow managed. Room was spacious & food was good. I felt the rooms that are shown in the app are actually not given to the guests and property gives less value to those guests. MMT should take care of their hotel partners to avoid spoiling their reputation

Poor Stay
I called the hotel staff to tell them that we would have late check in at around 8 pm. but when we reached there we realised that this was a banquet hall with few rooms on the first floor. unlucky for us a wedding party was on with loud music which went on till 3 in the morning. Tough night, could barely sleep for 3-4 hours as had to catch an early morning flight

safety & food issue
No lift, poor service, no breakfast even after paying meal including. No care for baby, no safety. My baby is only 3 years old I told them to provide milk.

Avoid Booking.. Save your money
Hotel with rooms having no windows at all. Dingy and claustrophobic rooms. Tons of mosquitoes. Poor state of cleanliness and upkeep. Bedsheets and Bed covers not changed since previous occupant left. Over priced hotel at the price point it is being offered. Below average food quality with minimal variety. Avoid booking thos hotel. I am sure there are better options available in the city.

Good part is Hotel is very close to the airport. Rooms are clean but very small. Food takes time to prepare but is OK to taste. Staff is friendly.

Luxury hotel with trend staff.
Beautiful premises. And excellent services. Love to stay there again. Staff members are trained and professional. Restaurant food was also very delicious and hygienic. Falahar was also available during fasting.

It is a lodge not hotel
businessI was booked that hotel for 2 days on going through review which was ok but the property was very unjustifiable. It is not a hotel but is a lodge or marriage hall

Average Stay
The room was clean. Basic amenities were there, like a functioning ac, power back-up, clean and comfortable bed, drinking water, tea and coffee, clean bathroom and clean towels. Breakfast was very basic. More fruits should have been there. I did not notice any live eggs counter. No idle dosa options. I was a single lady traveling alone and there were no problems in safety and security.

Not great
Staff was very curteous. Really responded to each concern. Got room bit costly though on mmt still was disappointed on hot water unavailability. My wife had to bath on chill water and i too had to request a boucket of hot water. Rest issue room has no view all side are closed like a jail, a huge concern.
