The location for this property is Good There Is no buffet breakfast - they give you one portion to one pax from an option of 2/3 items that you can choose from Main problem is with staff Non cooperative staff , deliberately did not give adjacent rooms , then we had to pay extra and upgrade our room to stay adjacent with my elderly parents It clearly shows on MMT the hotel is kids friendly The charged me for proving a small cup of milk to the child Did not agree for late check out despite being no booking Staff is disappointing , unnecessary uncalled rules

Stayed for 3 days..for day 1 the food was great..for 2nd day the paneer sabji and mix veg were stale..the staff replaced it with fresh ones..but as we were in middle of the food..it caused inconvenience

Poor Stay
The room was not cleaned when we checked in and it was a lot of hassle for us. We had to change our rooms the next day after we had to raise this issue twice with the manger

Wonderful property, great rooms and hospitable staff One thing guests should be informed of is that the breakfast is not a buffet, but an option between 3/4 fixed items that change with days of the week. We found the menu sufficient for breakfast, but if you're expecting a buffet, you might be disappointed. That being said, the quality and quantity of food was more than ample.

As per the premises ...aditional thing should improve
Premises is very good ...campus is Excellent ..but the management is little be poor ..two problems we have ...one the tv is not working it took 36 hrs to review ...and the bathroom jet spray required 42 hr to be repaired ..as I have stayed 72 hr ..this is my view..food quality has to improve

Excellent Stay
Loved the simple and elegant decor...quiet and efficient staff and amenities. The food was great . The proximity to the Vishwanathdevji s temple and Gangaghat was convenient. Overall an elegance that is truly a heritage of a safe bygone era where guests privacy was respected. Major attraction for me was Gogo the labby...Loved him A bit expensive for me... Dil bhara naheen.....

Very poor service
We booked a room for 3 persons, but they allotted a 2 bed room where there was hardly any place for additional bed. Service was very bad. In the name of hotel staff members were doing agency business for boating and travel service and we were cheated repeatedly. There was no responsible managerial person whom we could contact. Only good thing is the restaurant where we got good food.

Not a convenient stay and horrible food with lack of cleaning and traffic.
familyHorrible breakfast. They need to do a pest control in the dining area where i find a bichoo under my table. The rooms smell badly. Sometimes traffic police blocks the road so you need to carry your luggage and walk about 500 meters. However room is big in size with new renovations.

Wonderful place clean and hygienic food was simply great staff were very courteous restaurant services and staff were great a young manager at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful it is located near by sri kaal bhairav temple but a bit away from sri vishwanath temple spacious room and bathroom old haveli like feel we got

Good Stay
This is a 3 star hotel located right in the city. The overall hospitality is good and they provide all required assistance. It is located 2 kms from kashi vishwanath temple and you can get share autos right for this hotel to temple. Cleanliness is good inside the rooms.

Beautiful stay
coupleThis is one of the properties I stayed in Varanasi for 4.5 days, clean, beautiful, high ceilings, heritage property just like the pictures, very safe, in the hustle of the city, , green lawn view, very spacious, close proximity to market, temple, ghat, easy commute, frequent e rickshaw available just outside the gate, staff is well groomed, very polite and friendly. Restaurant also offers good food. I recommend everyone here.

Terrible room service
familyThe service for a hotel at this price is not upto standard. I had to make multiple requests and wait hours to get warm water as the geyser in our room was not working.

Pathetic
Pathetic stay. We struggled with hot water. Then they will ask you to check out at exact time and if you say you would require 15 min extra. They will rudely tell you that extra charges will be levied.
