Hotel room was good and nearby prime locations but reachability was not convenient. Area was too much crowded during day time.

Dear Ma'am, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your recent trip to Varanasi. Most of our guests prefer the Park View location due to its proximity—just 700 meters—from Gate No. 4 of the Vishwanath Temple. Unfortunately, your arrival coincided with October 2nd, which was Vijay Dashami, a day marked by traffic restrictions imposed by the local administration. These restrictions were beyond our control and may have caused unexpected diversions in your travel route. Had we been informed in advance that you were arriving by car, we would have gladly provided guidance and suggested alternate routes to help you avoid the congestion. Nevertheless, in light of the inconvenience caused, Park View would like to offer you a 25% discount on room tariff for your next visit as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you for your understanding.
