Review Of Hotel Concord

Room Cleanliness issue. washroom not maintained properly. WIFI not working. limited breakfast menu's.

No breakfast served even after paid for breakfast. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff was rude and unbothered. Bathroom toiletries were horrible quality. Room was different from what was shown in the pictures

Room was good food is can be much better To get transportation is bit difficult. No complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are cozy. Staff is cooperative. Food is tasty. Location and connectivity are also good. Ample car parking space

I have stayed here twice, and this hotel is very family friendly and clean too. It also serves nice breakfast in morning. Staff is also very cooperative. In all, at the room price, it is very good hotel to stay.

Property is well maintained and well clean. Just one thing you should know is that they don't offer room service 24/7 as mentioned in their profile, but only till 10. 45 pm. Staff is very polite and rooms are good for the price.

During my visit of north gujarat, i stayed at concord hotel at mehsana, it wa first time i stayed, overall good stay e it was. Room was small, but clean and hygienic. Location is out of city,

Food - had sizzler. With no sizzlers. Plastic smell in chowmein. Very huge dish, lead to wastage. Asked for sugar less tea, they served weet tea. Toilet exhaust fan damaged. When i entered the room, floor was full of water. Staff did detailed moping to make it dry. Don't know from where it came. Numerotpower cut betwen 10pm - 12am. After every power cuts, you have to switch on ac. Kettle was kept with no tea/coffees sachet. No tissue paper in wc. Soap stand was broken.

Service was slow

We thought it’s good option as we were looking for nearby hotel of water park and as per review we thought it’s good option for night stay but once we checked in we got big room and thought that we got good room but toilets were stinking like hell and beds are not comfortable as you want rest after long journey. So overall it’s an average hotel if you are not paying high amount.

The property was worth of value paid. People were nice to attend guests. Restaurant and food was very tasty.

Room was clean but there wasn’t any difference between deluxe and executive. I paid more for executive. No kittle, tea coffee kept in the room. Tv wasn’t working as well. No hand tovel was provided. Pillow and mattress was of poor quality. Lower density foam which cause back pain.

Room is excellent and service is very good also good is good and hygiene lift service and reception service is so good in future if any one comes to bliss water park i will 100% reference to your hotel its very good for family security
